¿Qué pasó con The Pipettes?

Quiero empezar preguntandome ¿por qué diantres las nuevas Pipettes son tan raras, extravagantes y espaciales planetarias?. Me gustaban las antiguas, si, las originales que vestian trajes con lunares y cantaban en onda sesentera. ¿Qué pasó con The Pipettes? Me las cambiaron y ahora del esplendor de su alegre música y buen vestir no queda más que el nombre. Ya salió el video de Call Me ,el nuevo single de estas nuevas interpretes que más encima ahora son dos y no me gustó. Como olvidar a Becki y su histrionismo para enseñarnos la coreografías en youtube o la maravillosa voz de Rosay (mi favorita que ahora tiene disco solista :D)y por último Gwenno que es la única que se mantiene en el ahora duo Pipettes. La nueva integrante que no se de donde la sacaron es una tal Ani, bueno, ya no quiero saber más de ella. Our Love Was Saved By Spacemen y Call Me son el sonido futurista que acompaña a este DUO. Yo prefiero quedarme con mi querida Judy, Pull Shapes, Your Kisses Are Wasted On Me y ABC. Con el TRIO, las verdaderas Pipettes.

La Mejor Entre Las Mejores

Si hay una artista que tiene esa capacidad de ser un camaleón y adecuarse perfectamente a cualquier estilo, es Björk . Precisamente al no pertenecer a un género definido es que su música es el resultado de la mezcla de una gran variedad de géneros como el rock alternativo, electrónica experimental,trip-hop folk ,jazzy música clásica.

Canciones como Human Behaviour, Venus As A Boy, Play Dead, Army Of Me, It's Oh So Quiet, Isobel, y la propia Hidden Place que le da nombre a este blog son simplemente fantástica donde la expresividad y su amplio rango vocal son sin duda la clave para estas creaciones. Pero esta vez quiero destacar la que para mi es la mejor de sus canciones, Hyperballad. Esta canción habla de las relaciones amorosas que caen en la rutina y las formas para salir de ella. Nuevamente su magnética y voz y el perfecto final de violines envolventes la transforman en mi canción favorita de Björk. La Mejor De Las Mejores.
